Refund Policy

We stand behind every batch. If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or does not match what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or reship at our expense.

Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Refunds for cancelled orders are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at your preference.
